I emailed her last night and she emailed me back saying that there were a number of changes to the staff. So I guess that this means that they wont be screaming at any more customers any time soon. However that was not my only concern, it was also the steal it price. She mentioned in her email that "As for the "steal it" price, we've had so much internal discussion about this - your comment was not unique. I would like to talk to you in person about this."

I wonder what type of changes are being made to their steal it price policy. I gave her my phone number and I hope to hear from her soon. I will keep you all updated.
