Ok so my co-worker a friend and their dh's go out for dinner both set their handbags in an empty chair. Well the crazy waitress put the tray of food on the top of the empty chair and well when she started handing out the food well the tray filled with food fell on the handbags OMG this is my worst nightmare!!!

So her bag is coated canvas but the leather is ruined from the shrimp and salad dressing along with her friends.

The restaurant is telling her to buy a new bag and bring the receipt and they will give her the $$ back. Crazy I would want the $$ now.

So since her bag is ruined well the leather part what do you suggest I told her to use baby wipes and perhaps magic eraser? I mean it can't get worse right? She can't find this bag around here and still wants to use it if she can(and she is getting a new bag on the rest).

OMG I would be throwing a royal fit!!! I think you gave her good advice though, I can't think of anything other than baby wipes or magic eraser.

Baby wipes, very sensitive (alcohol free) and I know Cindy swears by Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

OK get a regular Mr Clean Eraser, not the ones with febreeze or the duos or the extra strength ones. Get it wet, ring it out, and then scrub it down. Go to town on in it one direction. Let it dry. Moisturize with a leather moisturizer.
