    Default How much?

I have several questions about how much things are at the outlets.
I know that you don't know for certain, but you may have an idea of about what it is.

So, I have never been to the outlets and I plan on going around Christmas. My first question is, are things cheaper before or after Christmas?
I know for sure that I want to get a small wallet. Does anyone know about how much I would need to take for one? (or for a large wallet)
I also want to buy a charm for my purse and would like to know how much those are too.
I just want to make sure I take enough money with me, especially since with Christmas I will be on a limited budget. Thanks

i am not sure about before/after Christmas b/c i do not leave close enough to go that often but i would def just go when there is a bonus 20% off coupon. as far as wallet prices, most of the wallets are in the clearance area and marked down to $40-$90. the key fobs are occasionally in the $9.95 bin but most key fobs are $19 and $29, usually the $19 ones are cellphone lanyards and plain keychains and the $29 are the bigger leather ones (usually animals etc). then take 20% off these prices if you go when theres a coupon

Others that frequent the outlets more will be able to chime in better, but from what I've observed, Coach has been sending and passing out coupons good for 10-20% off at the outlets pretty regularly so I'm sure they'll continue through the holidays to boost sales so that's a chance to save there. Overall though I'd budget for at least 30-40% off retail though there may be better deals at 50%+ off....just depends on what it is I guess...

They usually have a good supply of items, but be sure to go on the first day of the before or after sale (usually before has more goodies in my experience)

I'm assuming they will send these coupons in the mail or through email just by being signed up at the regular coach site?

The prices sound quite reasonable. I'm excited about going now.

The outlet coupons come through e-mail. The girls gave great advice, my only other 2 cents would be to try to get there early as you can to beat the crowds and get a better selection; when they do have coupons we often have a line out the door at ours.

Thanks for all the help. I usually try to wait for a TJ Maxx to have Coach but they never have wallets. I think the outlets will be cheaper anyway.

if one of us one forum gets a coupon by email we usually post it somewhere in the coach section for others to print off. So keep your eye peeled as well. Wallets can run about 80 or less depends on what style looking for really. Key fobs are 19 to 29 and cell charms are 19 (that's what they were this past weekend)

Thanks for the info on the 20% off this weekend but I won't be able to go until around Thanksgiving at the earliest.

I will be on the look-out for people posting discount coupons here and in my own email until then. Thanks.

And if you are okay with a medium-sized wallet, I got a couple on my last outlet trip for $56 each - a Heritage Stripe in khaki signature with white stripe, a chocolate signature, and a black leather. :D The large checkbook wallets were around $73 - I got the Parker checkbook wallet in cinnamon leather for my Mom. :D

First off, hello fellow Pittsburgher! Go Steelers and Pens!

I just went to the Tanger outlets in Washington last week, and like the other ladies said, the wallets average around $80. The checkbook wallets can sometimes be around $100. The keyfobs average around $20.

If you're choosing between Tanger and Grove City, I like the Tanger Coach outlet better, but Grove City is the better outlet in general.

I think that I would get a medium sized wallet. I really have no need (or room) for a checkbook wallet. I carry so much stuff in my purse as it is.

Thanks for the tip on which outlet to go to. I was thinking Grove City was the only one close but I will have to look up directions to the other one and do a comparision.

All the wallets I saw at the outlet the other day (ones marked 50%, were like 169.00 then 50%) They were all too big.
