I recently changed the insoles on my Chestnut UGGs that I have had for two years now. It made a WORLD of a difference, they feel like new again. I bought the insoles from City Sports, but I know you can order them online at Nordstroms. I was hesitant about doing it because I didn't know what it would be like.
The insoles are labeled in your shoe size, so get the same size that your UGGs are. The original insoles are glued in, so I took a butter knife and preyed one side up and then just ripped them out. The new insoles don't stick inside but they don't move around, they are pretty secure in there. When I took my old inserts out they were really worn out, I was like OMG I should have done this last year. I will be redoing my Black UGGs and Dakotas next week.
I highly recommend changing your insoles, even if you use socks or whatever, the lining of the insoles wears down with use and they aren't as warm after a year. So for $15 you can get a brand new UGG feel by just replacing your old insoles.
